At Elegancia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
